Maintenance: Need your refrigerator fixed or a lightbulb replaced? Our maintenance crew is available 7 days a week.
Utilities: All your utilities — including water, electric, sewer and trash collection — are included in your monthly payment.
Housekeeping: Our friendly housekeepers are available for you to hire for cleaning services. We also offer an annual cleaning to fully clean your apartment from top to bottom.
Landscaping and snow removal: Keeping up with weeding in the summer and shoveling snow in the winter can be exhausting. Our landscaping crew is at your service, so you do not need to lift a finger during any season.
24-hour security: Each apartment is serviced with emergency call, smoke detection and sprinkler systems to keep you safe.
Healthcare on-call: Even while living independently, Elm Terrace always has an on-call nurse available for any health concerns — even in the middle of the night.
