Plan B – 50% Refundable Program:

With our Refundable Plan, you pay a higher entrance fee, but a lower-than-normal monthly service fee. Should you require care in the future, you will have priority access to healthcare services – available at the published per diem rates for each level. You pay only for the services that you use.

The benefit of this plan is that you secure a refund of 50 percent of your entrance fee, which may be used toward future healthcare services if needed. This plan is ideal for those with long-term care insurance coverage or with robust financial sustainability.

As a 50% refundable plan resident, one monthly service fee includes:

• Two prepared meals per day with ample flexibility to suit your lifestyle
• Apartment & appliance maintenance
• Storage unit (in Almar and Blue Rock buildings only!)
• Water
• Sewer
• Landscaping, lawn care, & snow removal
• Electricity
• Heating and air conditioning
• Trash collection
• Twenty-four-hour security
• Property taxes
• Nursing staff on-call 24/7
• Parking space
• Basic cable television
• Pastoral care
• Special events and programs
• Annual housekeeping
• Various trips locally & distant
• Room service
• Priority for skilled nursing care or personal care services

Plan C – Rental Program:

The benefit of our Fee for Service Plan is that you only pay for the services you use.
Unlike members of the outside community, you are given priority access to our healthcare facilities should you need them. When you select Elm Terrace for your retirement, you can enjoy a variety of services and a rewarding lifestyle while only paying for the services you use.
Our Fee for Service plan has a community fee that is completely refundable and may be used for future health care services or returned to the resident’s estate.
