Elm Terrace is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, offering the highest quality independent living, personal care, memory care and skilled nursing services. All the funds from the community are reinvested into the community for maintenance and to assist residents who have depleted their funds and do not yet qualify for Medicaid.

Yes, at Elm Terrace all four levels of care are under one roof for your convenience! We have all four levels of care located on one city block in the heart of Lansdale so it is never too far to see your loved ones and friends.

We created Elm Terrace based on Christian principles, however; we welcome residents of all faiths and backgrounds! Whatever your background or interests may be, there are plenty of micro-communities with shared interests to join as well as on-site religious spaces.

The monthly fees are adjusted annually. In order to sustain the lifestyle that our residents expect, the monthly fee is adjusted to compensate for inflation and operating costs.

We hire experienced chefs to prepare the food served in our dining facilities. We offer a wonderful array of menu items served daily. We also offer a free lunch and tour, so we encourage you to reach out for a tour to try our food and explore our on-site amenities yourself!
Yes, we pride ourselves in giving you meal plan choices! If you are the best chef on the block and prefer cooking at home, please don’t stop what you love to do. Otherwise, we happily provide meal plan options for our residents to enjoy as well.
Our meal plan options allow you to choose from 0 up to 3 meals a day and everything in between. You can also choose a number of meals per month to use at your discretion. Here at Elm Terrace, we value your choices and meal preferences.
Absolutely! You are able to have family and friends come and go as you please, and we happily welcome guests to our various events. With all of the different areas of Elm Terrace to enjoy, your family and friends won’t want to be anywhere else!
We only have about 300 residents in total! Here, you are not just a number – you are known by face and name as a part of our family-like community.
Yes, pets are allowed anywhere in the community as long as they are well cared for and are not in common areas that are serving food.
